The project as one of its qualities is intended to ensure that the user can feel comfortable and happy place having specialized care and also that they can perform activities desired by each user plus integration set, so you get people seniors feel useful, comfortable and well maintained and cherished served with care.
For the formal project generation it takes into account all aspects shaping morphological design axes, according to a concept based on the life, also taking into account the axes of the land itself, in order to achieve a morphology which show harmony in the design and in the urban context.
DESIGN
The nearby area environment there are no architectural intervention important in their buildings, homes are simple morphologies consist one to threeplants, therefore there is no set pattern to consider
TECHNOLOGY
Materials thatcreate microclimates facilitieswere implemented. It constitutes treatmentof floorswith concreteand concrete floorsceramic nonskid.

The area is located in the city of La Paz, south east of the Murillo Province Department of La Paz. It is located in the canton of Mecapaca city of La Paz, with a surface of 11050 m2.
