Architecture and urban design have so far resisted a scientific formulation
in part because of its underlying complexity. The same reasons delayed the basics
medical scientists, who until recently were based both
superstition and science. Past efforts to raise urban planning
in theoretical terms - by identifying the processes that give rise to observed forms - have
had little impact on the actual development.

 

The concept: MOVEMENT - FEELINGS
The paths are based on mirrors of water and vegetation, with the handling of floor textures to show the meaning of Andean colors, such as land, wealth, vegetation, water, purity, balance. 

The sensitive visual development is therefore the necessary evolution and suitably qualified physical space by individuals and the community then passed the basic needs or parallel to it, so that the urban landscape that is constantly changing propenda for better interaction with humans and can become an educational tool, awareness, enjoyment, encouragement, understanding and communication in a given space-time.
